French HGV-tax procurement procedure is re-established

The French Council of State, the highest administrative jurisdiction in France, has rejected the request to cancel the award procedure of the partnership contract concerning the national HGV eco-tax and the Alsace experimental tax.

The procurement procedure is re-established and the foundations of the decisions of the Administrative court of Cergy-Pontoise are rejected, including the doubts concerning the impartiality of Rapp Trans.
